Charro Azteca is a Mexican taco truck in the Chevron lot at South 72nd and South Hosmer streets in the South End. Single tacos come with onion, cilantro, cucumber, radish, lettuce and lime, and the tacos de alambre mix marinated pork with red and green peppers, onion and cheese.
Huaraches start with a thick tortilla topped with meat, beans, sour cream and cotija. The rest of the menu covers sopes, mulitas, tortas, quesabirria, red or green tamales and a carne asada plate with rice, beans and guacamole. Kids plates bring two beef tacos or a quesadilla with rice and beans.
