La Perla del Mar is a Mexican seafood restaurant on Pacific Avenue near South 38th Street, in the Lincoln International District. South Sound Magazine wrote that it does a brisk takeout business and that both the menu and the portions are large. One dish it singled out is camarones ahogados, shrimp cured in lemon juice and tossed with cucumber, red onion, tomato and serrano chiles, with corn tortilla chips for scooping.
