Three Hearts is a bakery, coffee shop and brunch spot on Martin Luther King Jr. Way in Hilltop, run by two families. There’s a full pastry case, the kitchen serves breakfast, brunch and lunch, and the drinks go past coffee to beer, wine and cocktails.
The owners keep an extensive gluten-free selection and some vegan options, at no extra charge. Seasonal pastry boxes are sold by pre-order, like a Valentine’s box with a heart-shaped danish, and everyday orders can be placed online for pickup. The name comes from the octopus, which has three hearts.
