Bar Rosa is a 21-and-over cocktail bar on the Hilltop that pairs wood-fired Neapolitan pizza with Italian wines, local beers and a list of house cocktails. The 12-inch pies are served piping hot, with scissors for cutting. Options include a classic Margherita, a vodka pie and the Calabria with nduja and chili honey, and the Spicy Green and Foraged Pie can be made vegan.
Starters include wood-fired wings and house-made meatballs, and tiramisu and cannoli close things out. Happy hour runs Sunday through Thursday. There are no reservations, and to-go orders are taken in person only.
