Peterson Bros. 1111, also called the Eleven Eleven, is a 21-and-over dive bar on South 11th Street in Hilltop that has served scratch-made sandwiches since 2012. Twin brothers Justin and Rob Peterson built the reclaimed-wood features themselves and filled the room with vintage beer collections, Rainier relics and odd trinkets.
The Brutus and a brisket pastrami Reuben anchor a menu with a large vegan section, including a Buffalo soy-curl melt and vegan taco Tuesdays. The kitchen cooks until 1:30 a.m., and orders can be placed online.
