Over the Moon Cafe is a family-owned, 36-seat restaurant on Opera Alley downtown, in the historic Passages Building, which was once an opera house. It has been cooking from scratch since 2001 in a cozy, retro-styled room, and it’s open for dinner only.
The menu changes with the seasons, with mains like duck breast, pork chops, wild-caught salmon and Prime Black Angus steaks. The family’s son Giovanni is partial to the Arrabiata pasta. Wine and craft cocktails come from a service bar, and tables can be booked online.
