Panaderia El Trigal is a Mexican bakery on East McKinley Avenue, out on Tacoma’s Eastside. Its Facebook page says the bread is baked fresh daily and the cakes are homemade, tres leches among them. The shop also carries some groceries, so you can pick up a few staples along with your bread.
