Taqueria Doña Chole is a taco truck parked on East McKinley Avenue near East 64th Street on Tacoma’s Eastside, serving Monday through Saturday, 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. The truck makes its own tortillas. Tacos come with asada, pollo, al pastor, lengua, shrimp or carnitas, a mix of pork cuts with charred salsa, and the Malibu taco wraps al pastor and cheese in a flour tortilla.
There are also burritos, tortas, quesadillas, quesabirria and taco plates with rice and beans, plus a few burgers and vegetarian tacos, burritos and tortas. Orders can be placed online for pickup or delivery.
