Parkway Tavern has been a neighborhood bar on I Street in the Stadium District since 1935, and it marked its 90th year in 2025. More than 30 craft beers rotate on draft, with cider and wine too. Overhead, hundreds of beer taps are attached to the old wood beams of the vaulted ceiling.
The kitchen sticks to pub food like burgers, sandwiches and salads, including a BLBT with a double dose of bacon. The back room has a pool table and pinball, and the small front patio welcomes dogs. Regular events include a barleywine week in spring and an IPA festival in August. It’s 21 and over.
