The Powder Room is a champagne bar and restaurant on North Tacoma Avenue in the Stadium District, done up in pink with draped curtains, disco balls, velvet chairs and a flower-covered phone booth for photos. Despite the name it runs a full bar, and cocktails like the Grit City Cosmo and Kiss My Paloma can come with a float of bubbly on top.
Weekend brunch is part family style, with mimosa and Bloody Mary carts and a DJ. It also does lunch and dinner, and it’s a popular pick for birthdays and date nights.
