Sapp Sapp is a Thai noodle house on North Tacoma Avenue in the Stadium District, in the old Moshi Ramen Bar space. The cooking leans toward northern Thailand. Noodle soups include boat noodles, yen ta fo and a spicy tom yum with seafood, and there are egg noodles with barbecue pork and dumplings, grilled moo ping skewers and pandan-wrapped fried chicken. Larger plates run to massaman curry with beef or lamb and curried salmon steamed in banana leaf.
The bar mixes cocktails and pours sake and beer on tap, and there’s Thai milk tea. It takes reservations, parties and large pickup orders.
