Stack 571’s first restaurant opened at Point Ruston in November 2016, and its name nods to the 571-foot smelter smokestack that once stood there. Burgers and whiskey are the focus, with signature burgers and milkshakes plus over 100 local, national and international whiskeys.
A burger and a shake of the month keep the menu moving, and the kitchen uses Washington beef and poultry and local bread where it can. There’s a seasonal patio, happy hour in the afternoon and again late at night, and delivery through DoorDash and Grubhub.
