Tacos Guaymas on South 38th Street is the South Tacoma branch of a Mexican taqueria group that started in Seattle in 1993. The group is much smaller now and runs a few shops around Seattle and Tacoma. The menu is built around tacos on corn tortillas topped with pico de gallo, plus burritos and traditional Mexican plates.
