Taqueria El Sabor is a casual taqueria on South Mildred Street in the West End, part of a small group with shops in Kent and Shoreline that dates to 1997. Street tacos come with the usual adobada, birria and carnitas as well as lengua, tripa and cabeza, and the fish tacos are topped with cabbage, cheese, tomato and ranch dressing.
Full plates include pollo ranchero, camarones a la diabla and caldo de res. It serves breakfast, lunch and dinner, and pickup orders can be placed online.
