Taqueria Sinaloa is a taco truck on 29th Street Northeast in Northeast Tacoma, open Monday through Saturday and closed Sundays. It used to park on Marine View Drive, so older map listings can send you to the wrong spot. The truck has a small covered seating area.
Fillings include asada, adobada, pollo, lengua and fish, and the tacos come with sliced cucumber, lime, and pickled carrots and nopales. They’re big enough that two can make a meal. Cards aren’t accepted, so bring cash or pay with Zelle, Cash App or Venmo.
