Trapper’s Sushi Co. on Sixth Avenue is part of a chain that began as Sushi Town in Bonney Lake in 2004. The menu mixes traditional rolls with more unconventional ones, all-you-can-eat sushi is offered all day, and teriyaki and bento boxes round things out.
There’s a full bar with signature cocktails, a happy hour every day, live sports on the TVs and patio seating. Separate menus cover gluten-free, vegetarian, vegan and kids’ orders, and reservations can be made online.
