Burger Seoul makes Korean-inspired burgers, with the sauces and pickles made in-house. The Seoul Burger, with sharp cheddar, lettuce, onion and the house Seoul Sauce, is the closest thing to a classic burger. The Fire Soul goes further with Korean grilled pork butt, pickled Korean cucumbers and FIRE sauce, and the Seoul Fire Fries come loaded with that same pork.
For years it served from a food truck at South Prospect and South 19th streets. Its current location and hours are hard to confirm, so check its Instagram before heading over.
