Red Star Taco Bar is a taco and tequila bar in the Stadium District, with a sister location in Seattle. The taco list runs past a dozen, mixing classic fillings with ones like bang bang cauliflower, Korean barbecue beef and the Catfish, white fish crusted in crushed tortilla chips with Cajun remoulade, and there’s a rotating taco of the month.
Frozen margaritas and tequila anchor the bar. Happy hour runs twice a day, the room is all ages until 9 p.m., and reservations are taken for groups of six or more. A private party loft handles bigger gatherings.
