Redd Dog Brewing Co. is a family-run brewery that opened in 2026 on Fawcett Avenue, in the building Black Fleet Brewing left behind. The beer is brewed on site, a Mexican lager and a kolsch among the first pours, and the bar adds wine, cider and house margaritas.
The kitchen sticks to Mexican street food: tacos like chicken tinga, glazed pork belly, beer-battered Baja fish and beef birria with consommé, plus burritos, ceviche and esquites. Kids are welcome in the taproom and the biergarten, which has a canvas tent and fire pits. Dogs can hang out in the biergarten, and they get their own menu.
