Sig Brewing Co. is a small family-owned brewpub in Tacoma’s Brewery District, open since spring 2020, and it keeps the focus on its own beer and brick-oven pizza. Every pie is 13 inches. The Spekemat pairs pepperoni with chili honey, the Truman is a white pie with cremini mushrooms, feta and pesto ranch, and a special pizza rotates each week.
Starters include deviled eggs, hummus and house focaccia, and there’s draft wine for anyone skipping the beer. The taproom is family friendly at all hours, with game night on Tuesdays and trivia on Wednesdays.
