Camp Colvos is a Vashon Island brewery, and its Tacoma Outpost on Commerce Street downtown is where that beer meets pizza. Every beer the brewery makes is on tap, along with wine, cider, cocktails and Shine On, its alcohol-free sparkling hop water.
The pizza is a New York-style thin crust made with slow-fermented sourdough, a house no-cook red sauce and hand-grated mozzarella. Sandwiches include a muffaletta and a chicken parm, and food can be ordered online. The large patio has heaters and welcomes dogs, and the taproom is open to all ages.
