The Valley is a pub on Puyallup Avenue in the Dome District, close to the Tacoma Dome, that pairs subs and smash burgers with cold beer, spirits and live shows. The burgers are flat-top double patties on brioche, and the sandwiches come on French hoagies, including the Brutus, a roast beef dip and a vegan melt made with Field Roast.
A weekend breakfast menu adds shrimp and grits, pork belly biscuits and gravy, and a house Bloody Mary with an optional Miller High Life chaser. Call ahead for orders to go.
