Tortas Locas is a torta shop on South Tacoma Way, one of two locations along with a store in Federal Way. The menu leads with fifteen combination tortas built from fillings like breaded steak, chorizo, pork leg, ham, hot dog sausage and two kinds of cheese, all dressed with beans, mayo, onion, tomato and avocado. The Crazy Torta adds egg and head cheese.
Quesadillas are made on handmade tortillas with fillings such as huitlacoche, pumpkin flower, tinga and pork skin. There are also gorditas, sopes, huaraches, pambazos, suadero and tripa tacos, and barbacoa by the half or full pound.
