McMenamins Elks Temple holds its 2nd Annual Elks Holiday Brewfest on Saturday, November 21, 2026, from 2 to 8 p.m. It takes place in the Spanish Ballroom at 565 Broadway in downtown Tacoma, the Saturday before Thanksgiving, and it is limited to guests 21 and over.
The draw is holiday ales and ciders from around the Northwest, with 20 taps of beer and cider. McMenamins also lists wine, spirits and a holiday punch for anyone who wants something other than beer. The brewery and cidery lineup has not been posted on the event page yet.
Music, Santa and ugly sweaters
Dancer and Prancer, a Seattle band that plays Christmas songs as 1960s-style surf instrumentals, is on from 2 to 4:30 p.m. Kristen Marlo and James Coates follow from 5:30 to 8 p.m. Santa is around for photos from 4 to 6 p.m., there is a photo booth, and McMenamins promises reindeer games. The event description encourages ugly sweaters and red noses, so dress for it if that suits you.
Tickets
Tickets are $35 in advance and $40 on the day of the event. Each one includes 10 tokens and a brewfest glass. They are sold through the Spanish Ballroom’s online ticket link and its box office, which is open 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and until 11 p.m. on Friday and Saturday. The box office phone number is (253) 300-8744.
This is only the second year for the brewfest, which McMenamins pitches as an early start to the holiday season at the Elks Temple.
