Duke’s Seafood on Ruston Way is the Tacoma location of a six-restaurant Puget Sound chain, with an outdoor deck and an indoor dining room that look out over Commencement Bay. The menu leads with chowder, including samplers and a Lobster Mobster chowder made with Pernod. Beyond that it’s fish and chips, fish tacos, stuffed halibut and salmon, and grass-fed burgers, with vegetarian and gluten-free options.
Happy hour runs twice a day, in the afternoon and again from late evening to close, and parking is free in the restaurant’s own lot off Ruston Way.
