Kama’aina Grill’s Tacoma location is a walk-up on the Ruston Way waterfront serving Hawaiian plate-lunch food. Loco moco comes in several versions, and the musubi is made three ways, with Spam, Portuguese sausage or katsu. The Da Bremerton specialty plate brings barbecue short ribs, garlic chicken, kalua pig and Portuguese sausage together.
