Woven is a waterfront restaurant on Ruston Way, owned by the Puyallup Tribe and opened in partnership with chef Roy Yamaguchi. The menu ties Hawaiian and Japanese cooking to Northwest seafood: pan-seared pork, crab and shrimp dumplings with chili soy vinaigrette, cedar-plank salmon with a ponzu maple glaze, miso-glazed cod over black rice, and sushi.
The dining room looks out on Commencement Bay. It serves weekday lunch and happy hour, dinner every night, brunch on Saturday and a brunch buffet on Sunday, and it books group and private dinners.
