Peaks & Pints, the craft beer bar and bottle shop on North 26th Street in Proctor, is turning 10. The bar is throwing a free anniversary party called Ten Years Up on Sunday, Nov. 1, 2026, from 6 to 9 p.m.
According to the bar, three lifelong Tacoma residents opened Peaks & Pints a decade ago as a mountain-lodge-style tavern, built around a 600-pound Western red cedar tap log with 28 taps of beer and cider. That log still holds the tap list.
What’s pouring
The headline pours are two new house collaborations made for the anniversary year. Seapine Brewing brewed Ten Pines IPA, and Greenwood Cider made Episode X: A New Beginning, a dry cider from Cosmic Crisp apples. Both are part of the toasts on party night.
Beyond the anniversary releases, Peaks & Pints runs as a bottle shop with craft beer, cider and wine in bottles and cans, plus crowler and growler fills. The kitchen keeps to sandwiches, salads and appetizers, so there’s something to eat alongside the beer.
The party
DJ Roaring Blood, who tends bar at Peaks & Pints on Monday nights, is handling the music. The bar is also hanging Tivoli lights, running a photo slideshow of the past ten years, and rolling out anniversary T-shirts and new colors of its camper mugs.
Admission is free and the bar says everyone’s invited, but keep in mind that Peaks & Pints is a 21-and-over establishment. The party falls on a Sunday, when regular hours are 11 a.m. to 11 p.m., so the bar is open before and after the celebration.
